Dr Kal graduated with a MBBS from the RGUHS University of Bangalore in India in 2002. He then moved to Glasgow (Scotland) in 2003 to train as a General Practitioner and obtained his MRCGP [UK] in 2010. He obtained a PG Diploma in Diabetes from the University of Westminster and he practiced at the Victoria Infirmary Hospital in Glasgow as well being a Principal GP in Scotland.
Dr Kal moved to Australia in 2017. He was awarded his Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) .
