Therapy is a process of understanding yourself and your circumstances in order to make changes that will improve your life. Victoria does more than just listen to your story. Together with her help, you will come to an understanding of your difficulties; what has caused them and what is maintaining them. All people are unique. Victoria does not use a ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy. She will take the time to get to know you and tailor your therapy appropriately. She will select the most appropriate evidence-based methods, adapt them to your needs, and interactively assess how they are working for you over the course of therapy, thereby maximizing therapeutic gain.
