Dr Tockar is the Principal and founding Doctor of Randwick Medical. He graduated from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and established the Randwick Medical family practice in 1980.
Dr Tockar is committed to offering a professional and caring environment for his patients and setting high standards of medical care in the practice.
He has many years of experience in General Medicine and takes a wholistic approach to healthcare. He has a special interest in Travel Medicine, Scuba Diving Medicine and Skin Cancer diagnosis.
